If you need to move a heavy load weighing 20kg, please apply for the product below. It can be used for shipping large and heavy items.
Packing Supplies
If you have selected the service quantity, please purchase the 275DW box designed specifically for 20kg products. It is also recommended to purchase printable labels, tape, and compression packs as options.
Domestic Shipping Time within the United States
- NY → CA: Approximately 5 days (business days)
- Please allow for a pickup window of pickup day + 1 day.
- Estimated arrival date may vary depending on the shipping conditions.
Service progress and process

- Select your desired weight box and submit the estimated quantity of boxes you need.
- On the My Page, enter your address and choose the same number of boxes as requested, along with labels and pouches.
- Upon receiving the delivered boxes, carefully pack them while ensuring they don't exceed the weight limit, and input the box details in the box inventory list.
- Verify the final shipment count and receive your reservation number.
- Call the provided FedEx Customer Service Center to confirm your pick-up appointment.
- Your luggage will be delivered to the destination. (Service ends)

- Our domestic shipping service is designed for relocations within the United States. While most deliveries occur on the scheduled date, please allow a window of 1-3 business days (excluding weekends) for pickup and delivery due to potential changes in shipping circumstances. For customers who require specific dates and times, this service may not be available.
- Pickup requires a minimum of 1 day (excluding weekends) beyond the scheduled pickup date.
- Once the pickup is complete, you can track the status of your delivery in real-time through your personal account on our website.
- Please note that our delivery drivers will not make phone calls during pickup or delivery. For any inquiries, you can reach out to our customer service center.
