If you need to move a heavy load weighing 20kg, please apply for the product below. It can be used for shipping large and heavy items.
If you have selected the service quantity, please purchase the 275DW box designed specifically for 20kg products. It is also recommended to purchase printable labels, tape, and compression packs as options.
Domestic Shipping Time within the United States

Service progress and process

- On the My Page, enter your address and choose the same number of boxes as requested, along with labels and pouches.
- Upon receiving the delivered boxes, carefully pack them while ensuring they don't exceed the weight limit, and input the box details in the box inventory list.
- Verify the final shipment count and receive your reservation number.
- Call the provided FedEx Customer Service Center to confirm your pick-up appointment.
- Your luggage will be delivered to the destination. (Service ends)
